BFS successfully negotiate a re-gear with Regus on the 5th and 6th floors of 3 Hyde Park Hayes, totalling 15,316 sq ft on a new 5 year reversionary lease.
Regus has the worlds largest network of workspaces and co-working spaces, that suit businesses of all sizes and budgets.
Three Hyde Park, Hayes forms part of a 325,000 sq ft Business Park within walking distance of Hayes and Harlington Station which will form part of the Elizabeth Line offering direct services into Central London.
