Chalfont Park House Sold

Bray Fox Smith has sold the freehold for Chalfont Park House , Gerrards Cross, for Longmead Capital, to TSL Projects for £5.1 Million which equates to £349 per sq ft.
TSL Projects were previously based in Marlow and their intention is to take occupation of Chalfont Park House themselves as their company Headquarters. TSL delivers turnkey capital projects for clients in Food, Pharma, Logistics, High-Tech Manufacturing and Megasheds.
The Grade II listed building compromises 14,645 sq ft (1,361 sq m) of office accommodation over ground and two upper floors.
