James joined Bray Fox Smith as a Partner in 2013 and is responsible for providing a full spectrum of real estate advice to vendors and purchasers. His clients include pension funds, real estate private equity funds, property companies and private individuals.
James has a wealth of experience in the sale and purchase of real estate assets across the South East and national business space investment markets. Before joining Bray Fox Smith, he was Head of Business Space Investment at Morgan William. James also has experience working as an Associate Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team which he joined back in 2001.
