NRS Healthcare Takes Over 30,000 Sq Ft At Larkfield Mill
Columbia Thteadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith and Altus Edwin Hill, has agreed a deal with Nottingham Rehab Limited, trading as NRS Healthcare, for a 30,926 sq ft unit at Larkfield Mill, Aylesford in Kent.
NRS Healthcare is the UK’s leading provider of community equipment, wheelchair and clinical services to the NHS and Local Authorities. The tenant has signed a 5 year lease on Unit 1a/b and has a tenant only break in 2020.
NRS Healthcare supports healthcare professionals, local retailers and the voluntary sector to provide cost effective products and solutions that allow people to live at home in safety and dignity.
Larkfield Mill is located off Bellingham Way at the New Hythe Business Park. The estate is only 1.5 miles from Junction 4 of the M20 and is visible from the motorway.
