Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has brokered deals with two new tenants at Grovelands, Boundary Way in Hemel Hempstead.
Shurtape UK Ltd, perhaps best known for its brand DuckTape, has signed for 2,229 sq ft on the ground floor of Unit 2 and insurance specialist Towergate Underwriting Group Ltd has signed for 2,824 sq ft on the first floor of the same unit. Both agreed 5 year leases and were granted 6 months rent free. Rent achieved was £14.50 per sq foot for both deals.
Grovelands is a low-density estate, comprising 8 high quality office buildings that have all been recently refurbished. The site benefits from established and attractive landscaping, plus generous on site car parking.
