Experior Signs Up To Charta House Staines

Bray Fox Smith and Christopher Thomas & Co have brokered a deal with customer experience testing specialist Experior, on behalf of the Wesleyan Assurance Society.
Experior Limited has signed a five year lease with a Tenant only break at year three on the first floor of Charta House, Church Street in Staines, comprising 3,390 sq ft. The rent was £22.50 psf and included four months rent free.
James Shillabeer of Bray Fox Smith comments, “Charta House is amongst the best located office schemes in Staines, adjacent to the Two Rivers retail scheme, as well as being close to the High Street and the mainline train station.
Only the second floor remains available off a quoting rent of £25.00 psf.
