34 Clarendon Road Attracts The Right Tenant
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has brokered a deal with The Right Medical Locum Company Ltd for 2,218 sq ft of offices at 34 Clarendon Road in Watford, at a rental of circa £23.50 per sq ft.
34 Clarendon Road is a multi-let, four storey office building within a short walk of Watford’s High Street and Watford Junction Station. It was fully refurbished in the 2000s and provides 24,000 sq ft of energy efficient, Grade A space. Right Medical Locum has signed a 5 year lease.
