Admiral Insurance charts secure future with office pre-let

Admiral Insurance has boosted the Cardiff office market by taking a huge pre-let of 220,000 sq ft on a new headquarters building.
This is the type of deal that would buoy up any local property market and is great news for Midlands-based developer Stoford. It is also a prime example of a corporate working with its real estate advisers to secure the long term future of the businesses.
Admiral will have an 11-storey hq built to its own specifications and which will be ready by 2014.
