CEG, advised by Bray Fox Smith and Hanover Green, has completed a letting to Archant Community Media Limited at Maritime House in Barking, Essex.

Archant has taken the part 7th and 8th floors comprising 8,500 sq ft, on a new 15 year lease with a Tenant only break at years 5 and 10 at a rent of £14.00 per sq ft. Archant is the fifth largest regional newspaper publisher in the UK, with a portfolio of more than 50 news brands and 1,600 employees.
