Double letting success for IVG at Capability Green, Luton
IVG UK Ltd, represented by Bray Fox Smith and Savills, has concluded two new lettings at 500 Capability Green in Luton to Northgate Arinso (UK) Ltd and Bay Restaurants respectively.
Human resources software and services provider, Northgate Arinso (UK), has taken a new 10-year lease on the second floor east wing totalling 12,661 sq ft at a rent of £18.58 per sq ft.
Bay Restaurants has agreed a new five-year lease on the second floor west wing, which totals 12,650 sq ft, also at £18.58 per sq ft.
Paul Smith, Director at Bray Fox Smith, comments, “The lettings have been achieved without having marketed the building yet and IVG is about to refurbish the common parts and first floor, which should generate further lettings.”
Set within Capability Green Business Park, 500 Capability Green totals approximately 75,000 sq ft (6,968 sq m). Inbev is the other current tenant at the property.
