Servest Group Ltd Signs 10 Year Deal At Croxley
Facilities management specialist Servest Group Ltd has taken three office suites at Columbia Threadneedle’s Building 6 courtyard scheme at Croxley Green Business Park.
Bray Fox Smith have agreed a 10 year lease with Servest for suites 4,6 and 8, comprising 9,589 sq ft. The deal includes 12 months rent free and a 5 year tenant only break. Servest is paying £187,000 per annum, which equates to £19.50 per sq ft.
The deal follows hot on the heels of a new five year lease with engineering giant Emerson Electric Ltd for 3,249 sq ft at building 6. Emerson is paying £63,400 per annum, which also equates to £19.50 per sq ft.
Millipore UK Ltd, Laserfiche Services UK, have also signed up to space in Building 6 over the last twelve months, where each suite benefits from its own front door and signage.
Croxley Green Business Park is home to over 60 companies and 2,500 employees located in over 75 acres of landscaped grounds.
