Columbia Threadneedle’s 34 Clarendon Road Attracts Reed
Columbia Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has brokered a deal with Reed Executive Ltd for new offices at G1, 34 Clarendon Road in Watford.
Reed Executive Ltd has signed a 5 year lease on 957 sq ft, at a rent of £22.47 per sq ft or £21,500 per annum. The deal includes a tenant only break at the end of year 3, with a 2 month rent penalty and 14 months rent free.
34 Clarendon Road is a four-storey office building which was extensively refurbished in the 2000’s.
Two suites are still available at 34 Clarendon Road on the third floor comprising 1,900 sq ft and 2,852 sq ft although the larger suite is currently under offer.
