Cardinal Point is in a prime location on the edge of Rickmansworth town centre and only 5 minutes from the railway station. An attractive modern building set over three floors, It was originally developed by Terrace Hill in 2000, it has been let to Regus since that time and trades extremely well.
There is a lack of quality office space in the immediate area with much of the local competition being transformed into residential.
