Bray Fox Smith Advises Threadneedle On Hemel Hempstead Acquisition

Bray Fox Smith has provided a market report for Threadneedle as part of the purchase process of Breakspear Park, a prime office building in Hemel Hempstead. Since providing the market report and tenant audit, BFS have been retained as joint leasing agents on the building.
Originally developed as BP’s World Headquarters and set within 16 acres, Breakspear Park offers 90,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation. It is close to Junction 8 of the M1 and just over a mile from Hemel Hempstead town centre. The building provides an atrium reception, 24 hour security, on site restaurant plus Costa Coffee and 1,100 car parking spaces.
