Westbrook Properties, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has let three warehouse units at Larkfield Mill in Aylesford, Kent totaling 52,344 sq ft.
Eaglemoss Publications has taken Unit 3 which comprises 40,443 sq ft, on a 5 year lease with 2 year break, at a rental of £220,020 per annum. Bearsbys Removals has taken units A & B comprising 12,340 sq ft, on a 10 year lease, with a break at 5 years and 6 months rent free, at £80,210 per annum.
James Shillabeer of Bray Fox Smith comments, “We have secured these 2 deals in a short space of time as Larkfield Mill provides a high quality product, with excellent transport links. The units, which are fully secure, have only recently been refurbished and the yard has been resurfaced. There is one unit remaining of 30,926 sq ft at a quoting rental of £6.50 per sq ft.”
