Odysea Acquires Sovereign House In Leyton For £1.2 Million

Odysea Limited, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has acquired the freehold interest in a 12,758 sq ft industrial warehouse unit in Leyton, E10 for £1,210,000. As part of the sale, the vendor Franklin Holdings & Management Service has retained part of the yard area.
The property is located on Dorma Trading Park, off Staffa Road, close to the A12, M11 (Junction 4) and the Blackwell Tunnel. It is a modern, detached single storey industrial unit with good parking and access.
