Vitae Expand At 34 Clarendon Road
Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has brokered a deal with Vitae Financial Recruitment Ltd for 2,385 sq ft of offices at G2, 34 Clarendon Road in Watford, at a rental of £22.50 per sq ft. Vitae expanded from suite G1 to take G2, which was let to Michael Page recruitment. BFS secured a simultaneous surrender of the Michael Page lease with the new lease for Vitae
34 Clarendon Road, is a four-storey office building which was extensively refurbished in 2001. Vitae has signed a 5 year lease, with 18 months rent free, at an annual rental of £53,662.50.
