Threadneedle’s Hawk House Attracts Zenopa And Sky Medical
Bray Fox Smith, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Investments, have let both floors at Hawk House, Peregrine Business Park, High Wycombe. As a result of recent letting success, refurbishment works are also about to start on nearby Eagle House, the largest building in the park at 11,751sq ft, which will be completed and ready for occupation by July 2015.
Pharmaceutical and healthcare recruitment specialist Zenopa has signed a 10 year lease for the ground floor comprising 3,874 sq ft, at a rental of £69,732 per annum, which equates to £18.00 per sq ft. Zenopa has a 12 month rent free period and a tenant only break at the 5th year.
Orthopedic specialist Sky Medical, has expanded to take a new 5 year lease on the entire first floor of Hawk House which comprises 4,122 sq ft. A rental of £61,830 per annum has been achieved, which equates to £15.00 per sq ft. Sky medical has received a 12 month rent free period.
