Mediterranean Growers Put Down Roots At Threadneedle’s Premiere House Borehamwood
Bray Fox Smith and Stimpsons, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Investments, has agreed a new 10 year lease to Mediterranean Growers Ltd for 1,415 sq ft at Premiere House, Borehamwood in Hertfordshire. Export and import agents Mediterranean Growers has taken part of the second floor at a rental of £26,117 per annum, which equates to £18.50 per sq ft, with 18 months rent free.
Threadneedle has undertaken a substantial refurbishment of Premiere House to include a new reception with canopied entrance and high quality finishes throughout. The complex is already home to major occupiers including VPS Limited, Redsquid and Fraser Hart.
Paul Smith of Bray Fox Smith comments, “We are currently in negotiations with a number of other occupiers. This is a high quality product located close to the motorway network and opposite the new Elstree Trade Park.”
Premiere House has an appeal to both small and large companies. It has the capability of accommodating requirements of 3,000 sq ft upwards on flexible lease terms, up to 40,000 sq ft .
Threadneedle are undertaking a major state of the art refurbishment of Lumiere, a self-contained building within the complex. The refurbished building will be available in early 2015 and will be one of the only self-contained office buildings of 26,500sq ft within the region.
