Bray Fox Smith, on behalf of Threadneedle, has regeared an existing lease with Co-operative Legal Services, part of The Co-operative Group, for 650 Aztec West in Bristol. Co-op Legal Services has agreed a 5 year lease – until February 2018 – on the entire building of 12,475 sq ft, at a rental of £237,000 per annum which equates to £19 per sq ft.

Paul Smith of Bray Fox Smith comments, “We negotiated with the tenant to remove the break clause, leaving Threadneedle with a certain term of 5 years. The deal conceded 12 months rent free but the rent remained unchanged and, faced with significant competition and options for the tenant on the Park, Threadneedle is delighted to have retained the Co-op as a tenant.”
