Pump Gyms Opening At Threadneedle’s Beaconsfield Court In Hatfield
Threadneedle Investments, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a 10 year lease for 16,500 sq ft with Pumpgyms Limited on the ground floor of Beaconsfield Court in Hatfield, at an annual rent of £100,000.00.
This is the third location for Pump Gyms and will open during Spring 2015. The company prides itself on simple, non-restrictive, affordable monthly contracts and 24 hour access. Pump Gyms has an existing gym within Watford Business Park and is opening within the Ryemarket Shopping Centre in Stourbridge during January 2015.

Pumpgyms Limited has signed a 10 year lease, without a break, at £6.06 per sq ft with 12 months rent free, split over the first 2 years of the term.
Beaconsfield Court is prominently located on The Triangle, at the corner of Beaconsfield Road and St Albans Road. It is close to local shops, Hatfield town centre and mainline railway station.
