BFS Advises Kajima On Sale Of Residential Land In Bicester

Bray Fox Smith has sold a site in Bicester on behalf of Kajima to a residential developer for just under £1 million. The one acre site was surplus to requirements following the development of Bicester Community Hospital and has planning permission for 14 homes.
Bicester Community Hospital was completed in October 2014 thereby releasing the site for the new residential development.
Fronting the B4030, the site sits adjacent to the hospital and Bicester Rugby Club and close to a Tesco superstore and Bicester Village shopping outlet.
