Stonegate Pub Co Agrees New 5 Year Deal At 500 Capability Green
IVG (UK) Limited, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has agreed a new 5 year lease with Stonegate Pub Co, for 12,650 sq ft of offices at 500 Capability Green in Luton. This is a re-gear of Stonegate’s existing lease and comprises the entire 2nd floor of the south wing, at a rental of £234,875, with a 15 months rent free period.
Earlier this year, both DHL and AB InBev UK Limited agreed 10 year leases for 13,127 sq ft and 25,705 sq ft respectively. This leaves 2 wings of 13,500 sq ft at the 75,000 sq ft office building. IVG has been refurbishing 500 Capability Green on a rolling programme.
