Aviva Investors Lands Barton Willmore At Reading’s Tallest Building
Aviva Investors, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has signed Barton Willmore for 11,670 sq ft of offices on the tenth and part ninth floors of Reading’s The Blade.
Barton Willmore is paying a headline rent of £30 per sq ft on a 10-year lease with a 5 year break and joins Bracket, Hays Recruitment, Cambio Healthcare, Megabuyte and Kaplan within the building.
