Letting To NHS At The Triangle, Hatfield
Bray Fox Smith and Davies & Co, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Investments (Threadneedle), has agreed a new 15 year lease, with a 10 year break, to the NHS for 13,945 sq ft at Colonnades, The Triangle in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The NHS has taken the ground floor for a Health Protection Unit (HPU) at a rental of £153,395 per annum.
Threadneedle’s Colonnades is a headquarters office building within The Triangle campus close to Hatfield town centre, The Galleria and just a four minute walk to Hatfield station.
