Letting To Fraser Hart At Threadneedle’s Premiere House Borehamwood
Bray Fox Smith and Stimpsons, acting on behalf of Threadneedle Investments (Threadneedle), has agreed a new 10 year lease to Fraser Hart for 5,992 sq ft at Premiere House, Borehamwood in Hertfordshire. Fraser Hart has taken part of the third floor at a rental of £110,852 per annum. As the leading jeweler in the UK with 39 stores and over 450 staff, the company plans to locate its customer services team to Premiere House, from their current location in Hertsmere House, Borehamwood
Threadneedle has undertaken a substantial refurbishment of Premiere House to include a new reception with canopied entrance and high quality finishes throughout. It is already home to VPS Limited and Redsquid, with circa 28,000sq ft still available in units from 4,000 sq ft to 28,000 sq ft. We are also just about to commence refurbishment of the self contained Rowley House which can be linked and will add a further 32,000 sq ft making 60,000 sq ft available in total.
