Refurbished 28 Clarendon Road Attracts Mace
Threadneedle, advised by Bray Fox Smith, has brokered a deal with international consultancy and construction firm Mace for 4,912 sq ft of offices at 28 Clarendon Road in Watford, at a rental of circa £20 per sq ft.
28 Clarendon Road, which provides 20,000 sq ft of energy efficient, Grade A space was the first fully refurbished office development in Watford since 2005. Mace has signed a 10 year lease, with a 5 year break for offices on the 3rd floor.
