Rockspring, BlackRock and Bell Hammer have launched TOR, a 67,777 sq ft grade A office development in Maidenhead at a quoting rent of £34.00 per sq ft.
Richard Harding of Bray Fox Smith, joint agent on the scheme with Cushman & Wakefield, reports that the building was launched at an agents’ lunch on the 18th September.
