Bray Fox Smith appointed by CBRE Investment Management on Global House, Epsom
CBRE Investment Management has unveiled a new line-up of letting agents for the office and retail space at the Ashley Centre in Epsom.
Bray Fox Smith and Stiles Harold Williams (SHW) have been appointed joint agents on the circa 50,000 sq ft of office space at Global House and Lunson Mitchenall has joined GCW to oversee retail and F&B lettings at the centre.
