TTI UK move to Marlow International

Bray Fox Smith are delighted to announce that, working with TL Real Estate, we have advised Techtronic Industries UK (TTi UK) in their recent leasehold acquisition of 15,500 sq ft on the 1st floor at Marlow International on a 10-year lease.
TTI UK are a world leader in power tools and accessories for commercial, industrial and domestic users, with well recognised brands such as Milwaukee, Ryobi and Hoover. They are moving from their existing office in Globeside Business Park, Marlow.
